Scope Of Work
We installed a GAF Everguard Mechanically fastened TPO system. The building was brought to code by installing a GAF Energyguard Polyiso insulation system.
Some areas did not have adequate slope to divert water into drainage system. This caused the existing roof to fail prematurely.
We used a tapered insulation system in certain areas to insure positive water drainage.
This project included a GAF Diamond Pledge material and Labor warranty (NDL). This warranty includes a 20 year maintenance program from Hobson & Scott.
