Scope Of Work
A complete tear off was performed on this project. The existing roof was removed and the new roof was installed over the existing wood deck. Before we installed the existing roof we inspected the existing deck for any water damage and replaced the sheeting that needed to be replaced.
Hobson & Scott installed a new GAF Everguard TPO roofing system with insulation. The system was mechanically fastened to the existing deck.
