Scope Of Work
This job consisted out of a multi layer tear off.
We also installed a tapered insulation system to create positive water drainage.
We installed a GAF Everguard Mechanically fastened TPO System.
All parapets were finished with a custom bent, pre finished metal coping to give the building a clean fresh look!
This system came with a GAF Diamond Pledge NDL warranty.
