Scope Of Work
GSA contracted with CEEPCO to provide construction services for partial depth concrete slab repair, full depth concrete slab repair, vertical/overhead concrete repair, and supplemental reinforcing steel.
CEEPCO routed and sealed slab cracks and joints, replaced perimeter caulking, re-condition level floor slab drains and ramp trench drain, and prepped slabs and elevated ramp sections and apply traffic bearing membrane.
We re-applied parking stripes and traffic markings to the garage, provided protection to existing garage utility systems, and removed concrete topping slab and waterproofing membrane, and painted the interior walls, stair landings, ramps, and hand rails of the garage.
We installed new waterproofing membrane, new perimeter membrane flashing, protection board, outside perimeter metal coping, interior perimeter metal counter flashing, new precast concrete pavers on pedestals, perimeter sealant joints, and interior signage.
CEEPCO removed and replaced deck drains and performed core drilling and the installation of new deck drains at low spots. CEEPCO also removed and replaced isolated deteriorated brick.
