Scope Of Work
GSA contracted with CEEPCO to provide design-build services to provide repairs to address all the Life Safety issues in the NEOB Parking Garage by removing all the loose concrete and patching the surface with applied mortar. The repairs also included the concrete slab and concrete encasement on the steel beam framing where deteriorated, spall concrete and repairs to strengthen exposed partitions of steel framing.
