Scope Of Work
Property suffered water damage from a burst pipe in the second floor bathroom. It affected the first floor bathroom and the coat closet in foyer. The ceramic floor tile was continuous into kitchen and laundry room. Customer requested that the coat closet be divided. Half of the closet was converted to a pantry with shelves and the other half stayed a coat closet. The entire first floor was painted along with the loft on the second floor. New toilet, vanity, counter top and mirror were installed in bathroom. Ceramic tile floor was replaced in kitchen, laundry room, foyer and bathroom.
