Scope Of Work
Full renovation of 80 guest rooms, updates to public hallways and common areas, private meeting spaces and hotel lobby. Coordinate removal of old FF&E, demolition, new carpet, paint, updated electrical, plumbing, vanities, etc. Installation of new FF&E, custom design and millwork of new lobby desk, construction of new Bellman’s Closet, infrastructure modification for technology upgrades in meeting spaces.
