Scope Of Work
Renovation and remodel of 189 guest rooms and corresponding guest corridor areas. Work included: removal of FF&E, demolition, floor leveling, plumbing, framing, drywall, electrical work, carpet and floor tile installation, shower/tub conversions, light fixtures, wall tile, paint, wallpaper, FF&E installation, build out of two luxury suites including multiple custom millwork elements
