Scope Of Work
Full management of 10,000 SF project (indoor/outdoor) until certificate of occupancy was received. Work included: full demolition and excavation, structural block patio, custom concrete and stained floors, new bar, new framing and paneling, new bathrooms and underground plumbing details, new electrical and fixtures, new FF&E installation.
