Scope Of Work
Furnish all labor and materials required to remove and replace epoxy floors located at the various locations throughout the Department of Community Services.
DESCRIPTION OF WORK
1. Remove existing epoxy floor and dispose of all material off of County property.
2. Check for moisture issues, and install moisture membrane, if needed.
3. Install new epoxy floor according to manufacturer’s specifications.
4. Remove existing cove base and install new 6”epoxy cove base
5. Secure work area before and during the project to insure safety at all times.
6. Clean up all debris and dispose of according to EPA regulations.
