Scope Of Work
Preparation Phase
Protect pool and property with plastic and Styrofoam float with taping on all sides. Pull ladder and diving board collars up.
Perform eight (8) new saw cuts in order to prevent further cracking. This should have been done properly when the deck was poured.
Repair all cracks with epoxy and chemical sand mix.
Fix 3 x 1 area on left side of deck.
Lightly grind entire surface.
Acid wash and neutralize and then flush, so proper profile can be achieved.
Design /Application /Seal
Apply base coat with proper color for grout lines. Color to be approved before application.
Apply flagstone pattern as shown in the attached picture.
Apply a second coat of modified concrete in one of the colors selected by the client picture. Color to be approved before application.
Apply additional colors as seen in the attached picture. This is the artistic part, and will be done in a random pattern to achieve the best look.
Seal with initial coat and then a second coat with non-slip additive in key areas of the pool (around the diving board, ladder area and high
traffic areas).
