Scope Of Work

Located at 304 W. Kirkwood, the Elmore Companies are approximately eight thousand square feet of office space designed to feel open and connected while still providing private workspaces. This was accomplished by utilizing glass walls and sliders. This design created quiet spaces while still providing the ability to be connected, by simply opening a sliding glass panel.

Additional benefits of the glass design are a sense of greater space and natural light in all areas of the building. To accentuate the natural light and openness the ceilings were clad in Birch and Douglas Fir with a natural stain creating a unique architectural element and simultaneously providing an accessible mechanical chase for HVAC and electrical.

With an elevated conference room, floating ceiling details, unique built in millwork, and beautiful open workspaces, completes this truly unique office environment.
