Scope Of Work
Completed a Gold LEED certified 6-story hotel. It is the first Hyatt Place in the world to achieve Gold LEED status, which included a LA Fitness health club, 12-story office tower atop a 3-story pedestal that combines 165,000 square feet of Class A office space with 95,000 square feet of retail space and 225 structured parking spot.
