Scope Of Work
This project consists of 585 hotel guest room bathroom tile floors and showers. We are installing 18"x36" porcelain tile on the shower walls and 12"x24" porcelain floor tile on the bath floors. There are over 150 tile showers that we are completing 24 hour flood tests per the city of Minneapolis. We provided an innovative building method for shower pans including fast setting Hydroban liquid waterproofing.
