Scope Of Work
Demo all wiring back to service
Rewire whole store as if a new Co-Brand/ Ground up store but using existing service and pole lights
Provide and install 2x4 fixtures in kitchen area
Provide and install can lights in restroom, dining and POS area
Provide and install all exit signs and emergency lighting
Convert all pole lights to LED (Brock provides) and rewire to 120v from 208v
Wire in all new equipment, coolers, AC system, grease trap etc
