Scope Of Work
Demo complete restaurant of all electrical and prep for all new install
Install a 600amp 120/208v 3 phase electrical service by means of the following:
-Provide and install (2) 400amp 480v 3 phase N3 fusible disconnects, one before and after the meter can, with 300amp fuses
-Provide and install (1) 400 amp 480v 3 phase CenterPoint meter can
-Provide and install (1) 225 KVA transformer to convert 300amps of 480v to 600amps of 120/208v
-Provide and install MDP panel to sub feed panels A, K(2), R and L
Extend and redirect HVAC circuits to new service (existing HVAC to be re-used)
All lighting will be provided by Anchor. RWB will install
Provide City of Houston permit and inspections
