After the tragedy of 9/11/2001, the iconic Pentagon building required a systematic and total renovation. We were honored that they requested the assistance of Boelter’s Citisco branch. Our talented Project Manager, Anthony Short, was involved with design projects within each wedge-shaped section. This included new satellite kitchens, snack bars, coffee shops, a modern food court with multiple outlets, a fine dining restaurant with a 4400 square foot kitchen, and the Center Court Café. Overall the project was a total success.
