HDT was hired to develop a floor plan for this sandwich shop to be submitted to health dept. HDT was required to measure the building, draft up "as-built" documents of the existing floor plan. Upon completion, HDT worked with the client to redesign the new floor plan layout and flow based on the requirements of the county health inspector. This shop is located at 20600 Ecorse Rd.
