Scope Of Work

Located right off of Highway 70 in Northern California along side the Feather River, sits the city of Oroville. Known for its year round outdoor activities, it is also located within 30 minutes of Chico (Location of Sierra Nevada Brewing) and is  home to Lake Oroville, the 3rd largest lake in California. This 86 room Hampton Inn and Suites by Hilton will play stay to many travelers and adventurists passing through Butte County looking for a place to hang their hats after a long day of exploring. Target opening is slated for 2023.
