Scope Of Work
In the summer of 2009, Reconstruction Experts was chosen to assist Mira La Paz HOA with a slope failure that resulted in one corner of a six unit condo lifting 9”. Working with Prescott Management, Josephson Werdowatz Engineering and Epsten Grinnell and Howell, RE managed the foundation demolition, shoring, re-pour and reconstruction.
