Scope Of Work
AMHigley recently served as Construction Manager at Risk on Baldwin Wallace University’s new Austin E. Knowlton Center (Math, Computer Science, & Engineering building). The project scope includes:
Demolition of existing University-owned houses; clearing the site for the new building
Construction of a new 2 story laboratory and academic building, including a basement level.
Site Improvements, including plazas, pathways, landscape, and new parking.
Demolition of Ward Hall.
Preconstruction efforts included value engineering and design option analysis to allow the project to increase scope and square footage while maintaining the project’s budget.
