Scope Of Work
Men's and Women's locker room floor revamp completed in December of 2015. A site visit three years later December 2018 shows the product and installation still performing.
The scope included diamond grinding off multiple layers of delaminating epoxy before priming and installing two coats of Sherwin Williams Armorseal 1000HS. The challenge we had to overcome was the detail needed in the shower area of the Women's locker room. We had to diamond grind the existing finish off by hand in order to prepare the surface to be primed. We knew our larger walk-behind equipment would not fit in the showers so we added extra labor on this job to ensure the details were covered and the job was done right. The feedback from the facility director was very positive on the installation process and a three year in person follow up showed our attention to detail paid off.
