Scope Of Work
The scope was achieved with our environmental impact at the fore-front of our flooring solutions provided. We ground, honed, polished, etched, dyed, sealed and waxed the existing concrete in this GC's office. The total area of our work was approximately 10,000 square feet.
The challenge on this project was meeting the GC's requirement for a stained floor in the restrooms while creating zero emissions and installing a robust solution that would last. We achieved this by dying the slab an ebony color instead of acid etching it, sealing in the color and waxing it with wearable top coats to provide a robust solution that would last and could be maintained.
