Scope Of Work
Next door to the recently completed Avant-Garde building is the revitalization of the historic building, branded as “The Manhattan”. Built in 1912 the 55,000-square-foot Manhattan building has six floors and a lower level. Besides the building shell we are currently working on the tenant fit outs for local technology companies Mile Two and Battle Sight Technologies. Installation of new electrical and low voltage systems in these older buildings presents many challenges. Once again it is an amazing experience being part of these unique and challenging projects.
