Scope Of Work
This new 298,000 SF outpatient clinic houses nearly 50 departments, combining both primary care and specialty clinics as well as outpatient surgery and imaging departments. The four-story facility was designed for future vertical expansion to accommodate additional inpatient services and anticipated growth. This design-build project has more than 1,100 individual rooms and provides primary care, specialty care, diagnostic imaging, outpatient surgery and approximately 20,000 SF of behavioral science/mental health clinical space.
