Scope Of Work
Cutting edge imaging, laboratory technology, comprehensive cancer care, outpatient surgery center and outpatient clinics are among the features of the new 83,000-square-foot expansion at Palos Health's South Campus. The expansion has a 25,000-square-foot specialty and primary care clinic that features 47 exam rooms, two procedure rooms, an X-ray area and space for other medical services. Outpatient surgery was added through a 17,000-square-foot surgery center along with four operating rooms and 15 preoperative and postoperative rooms. A 13,000 square foot radiation oncology center will house Illinois’ first MRIdian cancer radiation system, which delivers MRI imaging and targets tumors with millimeter precision.
