Scope Of Work
The project included construction in three areas/phases: The 238,000 SF Patient Care Center was a major addition that added 198 inpatient beds; surgical rooms and an ICU; a new main entrance lobby; outpatient care areas; and ancillary functions. The 10,000 SF Interventional Radiology and CT Suite included relocation of storage areas and replacement of sensitive medical technology as well as installation of a new interventional radiology suite and machine. Finally, the 7,000 SF Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory included demolition and renovation of an existing PT/ OT department into an expanded catheterization suite. Construction was performed in multiple phases while operations in the suite continued.
