The siding and exterior paint work at Paramount Apartments on 304 NE 152nd St in Shoreline, WA will be carried out with great attention to detail and quality. The scope of our project includes the installation of durable Hardie Siding, which will be finalized once the architect confirms that the 5/16 panel siding meets design requirements. To ensure the building is well-protected from the elements, we will apply Tyvek WRB, a robust weather-resistant barrier.
