Scope Of Work

Our recent project encompassed a comprehensive scope of work that revitalized the building's exterior. We began with the demolition of the existing cladding on all walls, followed by the installation of general contractor-supplied wall sheathing to reinforce the structure. The transformation continued with the fitting of premium James Hardie siding, complete with all necessary weather-resistant barriers, metal flashings, and trims to ensure longevity and aesthetic appeal. We also fitted general contractor-supplied windows, sliding glass doors, and storage doors, which included the precise cutback of existing interior window liners for a seamless finish. Additionally, we installed James Hardie panel soffits and pre-finished James Hardie in an attractive "Woodtone" for a touch of elegance. The project was rounded off with meticulous painting of the exterior trim, siding, doors, fascia, and barges, ensuring a polished and cohesive look. Each element of siding installation was executed to the fullest detail to guarantee a complete and flawless outcome.
