Scope Of Work
The entire area of construction had to be contained with hard walls and negative air to contain particulates from construction debris.
We removed existing walls and ceiling grid to accommodate new pharmacy carousels, along with taking down 35' of rolling shelve with raised floor tracks. Some of the existing walls that were suppose to be headers ended up being removed all the way up to the upper lid where they had been shot in because they would have been an safety issue if the building sustained seismic activity.
Project was completed ahead of schedule and under budget for our scope of the work. We received many compliments on the cleanliness of the work area during the entire length of the project.
