Katt was contracted to build this hybrid steel/masonry addition to accommodate Z & Z Machine Products growing business. Owner Frank Kumosz was looking for a heavy duty structure with a section of the concrete floor thickened and reinforced to hold new equipment. Extra purlins were also added to the roof structure for flexibility in placing rooftop equipment. The project was a success, exceeding expectations of the owner and the needs of Z & Z Machine Products, Inc.
