in 1952, Marini Manufacturing is an industry-leading provider of high-volume production machining in Racine, Wisconsin. Its company leadership is growth-oriented and the company often runs multiple shifts per day, manufacturing parts for Fortune 500 Companies.
They are committed to ensuring their 20,000 square foot facility remains state of the art. That’s why they brought the Katt Construction team in a few years ago to renovate office space and reception areas, install new lighting and repair water leak damage.
As we do with all our , we applied the Katt Advantage to the Marini Manufacturing project. Our process began with our dedication to carefully listening to the to best understand how they wanted to use their office space. We then designed and renovated their offices to maximize productivity, professional appearance and comfort level.
we have a proven track record of helping companies renovate office space, our role was to identify the optimal plan for building out their offices, reception areas and conference rooms. Our team came up with a three-pronged plan:
CONTEMPORARY SPACE FOR EMPLOYEES
The project created high-tech spaces for employees to deliver top quality, custom-machined products to their customers. A modern yet functional interior design gives the office a contemporary feel. It provides employees with a professional work environment they can be proud of. Large windows the office help deliver maximum exposure to natural light.
COMFORTABLE SPACE FOR CUSTOMERS
Marini Manufacturing takes great care of its customers. The renovation provides its customers with a comfortable, professionally-designed waiting area where they can relax and enjoy refreshments.
ON-SITE CONSTRUCTION MANAGER
Katt Construction as the on-site construction manager of the project. When it comes to renovating office space and industrial structures, we know how to select and recommend what’s best for the job.
In addition to professional office space renovations, we’ve created pre-engineered metal structures, distribution centers, and various industrial facilities using a range of building materials and proven project management techniques. At the end of the day, the facilities we build or renovate need to perform so our can do what they do best.
