I purchased the building at 510 College Ave in downtown Racine to house my marketing communications business. We had several construction companies, , and building designers come through and offer advice, opinions and of course quotes. Katt Construction was the only one that really listened to us – the customer and I could tell that Herb and his team would be our partners in this project, not just a contractor. Their crew did an outstanding job every step of the way. With any historic building renovation there are always surprises, but the Katt team always had solutions – they worked extremely hard to keep the project on budget and on schedule without sacrificing quality.
