Scope Of Work
This project replaces the main unit circuit breaker and instrument transformer at Powerhouse One at Bonneville Dam on the Columbia River in Oregon. The project includes the removal of 19 15KV oil circuit breakers and replacing them with new 15KV vacuum circuit breakers. Most of the other old electrical equipment (some from as long ago as the 1930’s) is being replaced with modern equivalents. The project also includes a small amount of demolition to various walls and old housekeeping pads. Ultimately, the project will install 35,000 feet of GRS conduit, pull 16,000 feet of 15KV cable, and pull 92,000 feet of branch, tray cable, and feeder cable.
