Scope Of Work
Building Envelope upgrade was required on elementary school in Mount Lake Terrace to address leak issues with the roofing and store front systems.
Solutions:
The complete roof of the school was removed and a new Soprema SBS modified bitumen system was installed. Associated work with the project include new AEP span metal siding in select locations, replacement of store front systems in three locations, all new roof mounted mechanical units upgrades to the below grade tight line system and installation of a new fall protection/life line system. The project was completed on a tight three month timeline to ensure the construction would be complete during the summer and have no impact on the school year."
