After ten years as a service technician in the field, Chris had seen enough. His experience in the frigid trenches exposed him to blaring inadequacies in the technical industry he had loved since childhood. Dishonesty, underperformance, lack of proficiency, and greed – each contributed to the industry’s shoddy reputation. So, armed with an engineering background, unrelenting passion and resolute character, Chris Sarmov chose to take a stand.
