Campanelli sold and redeveloped Building 200 for Universal Technical Institute in October 2005
Complete renovation was made to this building from an industrial to educational facility
New exterior facade created

Structural improvements made
Only exterior walls were reused
Driven on a tight time schedule to complete project before classes began
Sophisticated exhaust and air cleaning system was put in place
Classrooms met and exceeded normal educational standards for air quality, lighting and electronic capabilities
