Scope Of Work
Demo entire interior. Pour new concrete overlay system. Frame new offices, R&D Labs, Kitchens, Bathrooms and front lobby area. All new drywall, T-Bar ceilings, Electrical, Lighting, Plumbing, Flooring, stainless steel counters and Glass interior paneling.
Coming up with a solution to the owners problem with the existing slab was crucial to this job. Our overlay design with fiber mesh was a huge plus to the owners it saved them a lot of money and the end result turned out beautiful.
Job is still in progress, they are extremely happy with the work done.
