Scope Of Work
The Roof Garden: 17,910 sq ft new Roof Garden at Historic Arnolds Park Amusement Park was meant to have a similar but updated look and feel as the original historic Roof Garden. With a seating capacity of 500 and standing capacity of 1500, this facility consists of a large ballroom, elevated stage, public restrooms and back of house catering kitchen. The Majestic Pavilion: 5,000 sq ft renovation with details such as decorative lighting along with ornate molding. For this renovation we needed to honor the history of the space yet modernize and update the amenities. With a seating capacity of 300, this large ballroom, elevated stage and beautiful bar are centrally located in the Park and are perfect for special event gatherings.
