Scope Of Work
Removed 6 commercial buildings in the middle of downtown San Jose next to an active VTA bus and light rail system. To safely demolish the buildings, we had to install a pedestrian tunnel, a scaffold system with a screen, and partially deconstruct two multistory structures. During the course of the project we salvaged 24,000 bricks, 3 truckloads of lumber, and donated over 1200 books left by the previous tenants.
