Scope Of Work
The scope of the project was to create a fire pit to fit the theme of the area, meet a budget of $50,000, and have everything up to proper code requirements for a commercial application before August. The customer had some photos from Pinterest of different GFRC products that were not customizable to the size they needed or the commercial needs.
I was able to find them a style/look they loved as well as a safe means of using the product in a commercial application. The product met the exact dimensions they wanted (custom) and the burner with ignition system met the needs of the environment.
Created a split payment schedule.
