Scope Of Work
Full 2,500sf Building Addition (Foundation, Exterior Structure & Shell, Roofing, Waterproofing, Utilities, Glass And Masonry) To An Existing Office Space To Provide Additional Open Office Space And Conference Room For The Client. The Expansion As Well As The Existing Space - Which Consisted Of An Entry Lobby, Conference Room, Open Office Space, Kitchen And Copy Area - Was Completely Finished With New Mep, Fire Protection & Alarm, Security, Walls, Paint, Flooring, Ceiling Grid/tile And Furniture.
