Scope Of Work
This Forrester Construction project for the Word Wildlife Fund involved the build-out of 15,000 SF of office space and a data center which included new ceilings, walls and floor finishes. Storefront and glass door systems were highlighted with decorative film. The interior space was adorned with ornamental handrails, millwork and acoustical wall panels.
The new data center features a new chiller and supplemental HVAC equipment and a pre-action fire suppression system. The project was built to achieve LEED™ Platinum Certification. Key LEED™ elements were a generator fuel system, maximization of natural light and sustainable finishes, materials, lighting and millwork.
