Scope Of Work
We tear off the entire roof including decking, replaced it with new CDX plywood deck, ISO insulation, TPO drains, and new .060 MIL TPO.
It is a very busy roof, with a lot of A/C units, power cables, a center building parapet wall that we had to lift and work around.
We made it all easy to the customer, we dealt with it to ease off cost and downtime to our customer.
He was extremely happy since he was in the middle of traveling between Oregon and Southern California for the expansion of his other facilities.
