Scope Of Work

Creating an experience of relaxation coupled with fun is key. That’s why when we took over the Residence Inn project we wanted to continue building the unique experience within the existing budget and schedule.

We thoroughly investigated the existing conditions to understand the lay of the land so we could communicate with our client a realistic plan to turn the tide. We were able to work alongside the architect to bring to life the unique spaces of relaxation from the pool, to the fireside for a great night out to the lobby perfect for work meetings.
