Scope Of Work
New Mexico South Project consists of eight apartment complexes located in the cities of Anthony, Deming and Columbus New Mexico.
In Anthony, NM we have the Franklin Vista I-V apartments. There is a total of 136 apartments along with laundry facilities and a community room, offering prospective tenants a 1,2- or 3-bedroom option. In Deming, NM we have the Rio Mimbres I and II apartments. There is a total of 60 apartments along with laundry facilities and a community room, offering prospective tenants a 1, 2, or 3-bedroom option. In Columbus NM we have a total of 24 apartments, with an office and laundry facility. This complex is located right along the Mexico border and offers prospective tenants 2 or 3-bedroom options.
Day Builders got the notice to proceed with construction renovations in February 2020 and are on target for project completion by December 2020. Day Builders main goal for this project was the same as on every project performed by Day Builders. That is to provide quality construction services to our clients and residents in the multifamily industry.
