Scope Of Work
Amberwood II, phase two of a two-phase project, was built in 1982. It is a two-story garden style apartment complex, featuring Hardi-siding on the upper half and stucco finish on the lower half. It has a total of 41 Units, including four accessible units. Its open design features trees, a playground and large grass areas. This complex was retrofitted with new windows, roof and siding. New pathways and sealed parking areas not only make it more functional, but add to its beauty and value. New kitchens, bathrooms, appliances and air conditioning systems have given new life to the interior, increasing tenant comfort.
