Amberwood I, phase one of a two-phase project, was originally built in 1979. It is a two-story garden style apartment complex offering a variety of options for tenants. The updated exterior paint colors, gutters, pathways and parking areas are an attractive upgrade. The open design of this complex offers large lawn and playground areas. Amberwood I has a total of 48 Units, including five accessible Units. In addition to updated kitchens and bathrooms throughout, many of the units now boast new heating and air conditioning, as well as new appliances. The newly designed accessible units complement this property that tenants call home.
