Day Builders, Inc. is a General Contracting company that specializes in the renovation of apartment complexes. Started by Douglas Day is a multi-generation contractor who has been in the construction industry for over 30 years with over sixteen of those years specifically in the apartment industry. Day Builders works as a team to bring all possible resources to each project. Joined by Matthew Gross as Vice President he brings decades of experience in construction with much of that time specifically renovating apartment complexes. We work with development teams (owner’s representatives, architects, funding agencies, municipalities, etc.) to ensure that work is done to the highest of standards. We pride ourselves in finding unique methods to reduce construction related stress on the residents, management and the development team. We manage our rehabilitation work in such a manor that most projects can be completed very efficiently with the residents in place without having to relocate to reduce resident stress and development cost.
