Scope Of Work
Scope of project:
Remove topsoil, grade, trench, haul in gravel, achieve compaction, install utilities, manholes, curbing, and backfill job site.
Challenges included communicating with the City of Hillsboro on permitting, inclement weather (gale force winds, rain, snow and ice), other contractors damaging my pads, meeting with PM, all the while adhering to schedules.
We provide the best customer services in the industry and proudly hold a zero accident safety record. This helps when communicating with city and state officials. We have long-standing relationships with officials and they trust our work because they know we keep an organized, attention to details, and job site safety is our number one priority.
The client highly appreciated my attention to details as they could always show up on the job site and know that it would not be a mess. The client was always welcomed when they visited. When the project was complete, the client wanted to work with us again on future projects.
